Events & Retreats

A retreat on the Murray, a walk every Friday morning, and a family walk once a month. Some of it is a weekend away. Some of it is just turning up at the river deck. All of it counts.

The Friday Walk

Every Friday6:45amRiver Deck, Noreuil Park · Albury

A weekly walk along the Murray. No cost, no sign-up, no pressure to talk. Just start the day moving, alongside other blokes.

Every Friday morning, rain or shine. We meet at the river deck at Noreuil Park and walk. Some blokes talk the whole way, some don't say a word — both are welcome.

There's nothing to join and nothing to pay. If you've been meaning to do something about how you're feeling but a retreat or a coaching call feels like too big a first step, this is the smallest possible one.

The Gathering

18 – 19 July 2026Murray River · Albury, NSW

A fire, a river, and a group of men who stopped performing.

The July Gathering ran over the weekend of the 18th and 19th on a private farm ten minutes out of Albury. Men arrived on Saturday afternoon not knowing each other and left on Sunday morning knowing each other properly.

Mark shared his story in full. A breathwork specialist worked with the group. And then the fire circle ran long into the night — which is always the part nobody expects and nobody forgets.

A weekend on the Murray, start to finish.

#StopTheRunning

Completed 27 June 2026Albury–Wodonga & beyond

3,406km run. $5,000+ raised. 134% of the goal.

In 2024, 2,529 Australian males were lost to suicide, based on Australian Bureau of Statistics data. Mark set out — with the community behind him — to run 2,529km in their honour. Together, they didn't just get there. They ran straight past it.

The campaign finished on 27 June 2026 at the Finish Line Event, where Mark personally ran 100km in 12 hours. Every kilometre started a conversation — and reminded men they don't have to carry it alone.

Start With a Walk

If a retreat feels like too big a first step, the Friday walk costs nothing and asks nothing of you. Turn up at the river deck at 6:45am. That's it.
